Liebster Award

My girl, Ashley nominated me for this Liebster award and for the second time might I add. Did I do it the first time? No. I think my hubs was on his way home from Afghanistan or was home and well, he was my number one priority. I know you get what I'm sayin'. [[brown chicken brown cow.]]

So, here it goes. I'm going to give you 11 interesting facts about myself. Answer Ashley's questions. Then I'm gonna nominate some other bloggers for this and ask them some questions as well. Sounds fun right? 

 

11 Interesting Facts About Me:

1. I'm not a natural blonde. Although when you've seen me with both blonde hair and brown hair you'd think I am.

3. When I love, I love with ALL my heart. 

4. I'm selfish and stubborn. 

5. After going to Key West once, I wanna spend the rest of my life there.

Can you blame me?  I mean, really???

6. I use to be a hair product whore. for real. now that i'm a momma of two, i'm not quite as picky. ain't no one got time for that. well, maybe you do. but I don't.

7. 90% of my wardrobe is from Target. obsessed.

8. I watch one SOAP. Days of Our Lives. It's my addiction. 

9. I want a baby girl. like yesterday.

10. When I love a piece of clothing, I have a tendancy to buy it in at least two colors... often times I end up with it in EVERY color. 

11. When I was pregnant with the twins I started mixing ranch & ketchup together. It's stuck with me. I can't eat fries or chicken strips without it.

1.  What is your favorite cereal? Honey Comb.
2. How old were you when you had your first kiss? 7th grade. So like 12/13? Ahhh, middle school.
3. Why did you start blogging? I have a lot to say and needed an outlet. Although, my life's been crazy and I haven't said much lately.
4. What was your dream job when you were younger? I wanted to be a Kindergarten Teacher... and now i'm three classes away from a business marketing degree.
5. What's something embarrassing you wouldn't want your children to know? I peed my pants in first grade. :(
6. If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? My great-grandma. She was so special and I have so many memories of her from when I was little (like little little).
7. What's your favorite guilty pleasure? Shopping & Starbucks. That's why I love Target. I get both. 
8. Would you rather run naked across a football field or have your entire google history read out loud? My google history. Although both suck.
9. What's your favorite kitchen utensil/appliance to use? Can I have two? My ninja. I love Shakeology and drink it daily. That sweet little kitchen appliance is amazing. My Kitchen Aid mixer. Baking is so different with that gem in my kitchen.
10. What's your number one pet peeve? Lying. Seriously, just be real. 
11. What's your favorite quote? "Be who you are and say what you mean, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." Dr. Seuss

Say My Name! Say My Name!

So.... I saw this pretty cool link up over at With Curls & Cocktails and decided that I wanted to join in on the fun!

I'm a new blogger. obviously. Writing a blog is something I've always wanted to do and I'm SO going to make time for blogging. I pinky promise.

Oh yeah, my blog name. Well, my friend Stephanie is freaking hilarious. We were in the midst of a pretty good conversation one day. And out of Stephanie's mouth comes "Girl, it was a total cluster ____"(<<< insert f-bomb there). And since then that phrase has totally stuck with me. Ask my best friend, Brittany she'll tell you; I probably over use it.

And so - since my life is crazy. I mean, c'mon I have twins - who are almost TWO, going on five. I work. I have a deployed husband. I volunteer regularly. I'm a student. <womp.womp.>  

So sums up What A Cluster.

Hello World.

It's hard to believe that I've been holding on to an empty blog for over a year. You'll learn throughout this blog that one of the many reasons it took me so long to start it up is because I have the most handsome, smartest, chubbiest, funniest 13 month old identical twin boys. They take up a lot of my time. Well that ... and I think I was just being lazy.

I'm not a lazy person, really - I just usually stretch myself too thin. Something I'm currently working on.

My husband has been telling me to write my blog for months. I had a reason for not doing it every time he brought it up. They were legit. Really.

My best friend, Brittany over at BMcAnally Photography designed my blog for me. She's a creative genius. She's also an amazing photographer. Check out my Meet Kayla photo, she took that ... back when she was a newbie photographer, now she's a bigwig even more amazing. Seriously.

What A Cluster ... I'm sure you are wondering, WHY? Well, my dear friend Stephanie and I have this amazing friendship. She's like the big sister I never got to have. We tend to be snotty and use bad language while together. During one of our many conversations, she replied with "Girl, it was a total cluster (insert f-bomb here)." And there you have it... total inspiration for my blog.

My life is crazy! In the past year and a half it's been full of ups & downs & in between moments. I wouldn't have it any other way though. It's made me who I am and it's totally going to make this blog rock.

What can you expect from this blog? You can expect it to be amazing, full of laughter (hopefully), probably some tears, and definitely a cluster of fun.
